Different Types of Sage & Their Proper Uses

White Sage: White sage is used to prepare people for ceremonies and teachings.

Blue/Desert/Grandmother Sage: Blue Sage is used for ritual ceremonies, house cleansing, used by natives for thousands of years for cleansing, purifying self, others + spaces.
Some other uses are:
ward off bad feelings and influences
used for cleansing of negative energy or exorcism
attract prosperity, remove blocks, protection

Floral Sage (general): Traditionally used to purify, cleanse and revamp your energy. Generally you’ll find these wrapped with dyed rose petals for positivity and self love.

White Sage w/ Lavender: Helps encourage a restful night’s sleep as well as peace of mind, relaxation and happiness.
